Centrum Investment Group identifies and facilitates in the acquisition of office, industrial, residential and hospitality properties throughout the US on behalf of their international clients. Tom Molina is Managing Director of Centrum Investment Group and utilizes his vast broker network to identify investments suitable for Centrum’s clients. Previously Mr. Molina was US Director- Acquisitions for HDG Mansur, a global real estate company with over $2 billion in assets, managing acquisitions and dispositions. Tom also held the position of Managing Director for Insignia Financial Group in Chicago with the responsibility of overseeing acquisitions for the Midwest Region. During that time Tom completed over $400 million of acquisitions of office buildings, industrial buildings and boutique hotels for joint venture partnerships between Insignia and their clients including GE Investments, Praedium, Blackacre, McMorgan and Citigroup. Prior to that Tom’s experience included Director of Asset Management for the Balcor Company in Chicago overseeing the 5 million sq.ft. office portfolio and Vice President of Operations for Brauvin Real Estate Funds in Chicago. Tom obtained a CCIM designation as a Certified Commercial Investment Member.  Tom obtained a B.A. degree from the University of Missouri and a B.S.degree from the Columbia College.
